The Restaurant of Hotel La Colletta proposes a Tasting Menu every day, featuring local produce. It comprises three starters, a pasta course, main course and dessert.
Our proposals include: fresh home-made pasta (agnolotti del plin with three different roasts, tajarin, ravioli and gnocchi), selected meats from our trusted butcher, fresh fish, mushrooms picked in our valley, and truffles.
