The Restaurant
The spacious dining room offers midday and evening meals, independently of the hotel accomodation service. The kitchen reinvents the flavours of traditional local cuisine by applying the prized skill of the chefs to ancient recipes, using ingredients such as hand-made pasta, or mushrooms picked in the woods of the Po valley. The restaurant welcomes ceremonies, baptisms and weddings, professional meetings, or other special occasions. It is always advisable to book. Closing day is Tuesday.
